GIS - Tuscola County

A Geographic Information System (GIS) lets us visualize, question, analyze, and interpret data to understand relationships, patterns, and trends. Tuscola County GIS provides mapping support to a host of Township and County offices.

To view approximate property boundaries*, library and school districts, FEMA flood zones, and more check out our FetchGIS system. Reports on property assessment values, sales and tax history, and more may be purchased within. FetchGIS is available on mobile and desktop devices and can be found by visiting or clicking on the FetchGIS tile under "Frequently Accessed".

*FetchGIS boundary lines are not field verified and should not be used to solve property disputes. It is recommended to consult with a professional surveyor when authoritative property lines are desired.

Plat Maps are available for purchase at our Register of Deeds’ office with the proceeds supporting our local 4-H program. A selection of Tax Maps can be found on our Treasurer’s webpage. Subdivision Plats are available at the LARA website. Registered surveys may be viewed at our Register of Deeds’ Land Record Search site.
