Tax Certificates

All warranty deeds, deeds which contain a covenant of warrant, land contracts or assignments of land contract must have a tax certificate from the Tuscola County Treasurers office (MCLA 211.135):

Schedule of Fees

• Copies - $1.00
• Fax Fee - $5.00 (additional $1.00 per page)
• Notary - $5.00 (per signature)
• NSF Charges - $25.00
• Tax Sale Books - $5.00
• Tax Certification - $5.00 (please make check payable to Tuscola County Treasurer)
