Mercury Health Thermometer
Mercury health thermometers can be dropped off any time, year round at the Recycling Center. Thermometers must be brought in a plastic zip lock baggie.

Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (excluding holidays).For additional information please contact the Recycling Center:

Household Hazardous Waste Collection - View Here

Tuscola County Recycling accepts household hazardous waste from May 1st thru October 1st.An appointment is required to for large amounts, and there are fees for paints, stains, CFL, bulbs, smoke detectors, and carbon dioxide detectors. This is for Tuscola County residents.
No commercial or business waste can be accepted.
