All warranty deeds, deeds which contain a covenant of warrant, land contracts or assignments of land

contract must have a tax certificate from the County Treasures office (MCLA 211.135):

• Fax Fee $5.00 + $1.00 per page
• Notary $1.00 per signature
• NSF Charges $25.00
