I have an account which was moved from your old Online Tax Database, now I cannot log in - Contact us
I cannot log in even though I am absolutely positive I am using the correct user name and password. - If you or someone else attempts to login unsuccessfully more than 8 times in a row, the account will be locked out. You need to contact us and have us reset it for you.
